Doing yoga on an island with a beefy yoga teacher as your guide sounds like a dream come true. Paul, more commonly know as Sailor Bluto, is that yogi of your dreams. An easy going guy with one of the best styles of humor this side of "gay twitter." Also, I will love anyone that loves Winona Ryder as much as he does. 💜
1. Tell us a little bit about yourself.
I'm originally from a suburb of DC in Virginia, but I've lived in Savannah Ga, NYC, LA, and currently on a little island in South Carolina. I teach yoga/meditation but spent most of my life as an actor. I love working out, reading, going out to the movies and dinner (alone usually), but mostly I love vegging out on my couch and watching horror movies/Sailor Moon.
2. What's the most exciting thing you've done this year?
I was living in LA until January and basically decided to pick up my life and start all over. I drove cross-country to come stay with my mom for a bit (super sexy I know) while I save up to move to a new city. I'm thinking Chicago or Seattle.
3. What are a few of your favorite things in media right now?
I love "Riverdale"; it's embarrassing but I can't help it. Music wise I pretty much only listen to Kpop and for sure stan LOONA. I'm also obsessed with Pheobe Robinson's podcast "So Many White Guys." It's hilarious and just so, so smart. I am also very much here for the Nicole Kidman renaissance as I've always loved her.
4. What is your favorite thing, place, or person you go to for inspiration?
Oh god, I could write a book about what inspires me. I'm not super outdoorsy, but i find a lot of inspiration in nature because it just is what it is without worry or question. I look for that in people too; Katharine Hepburn has always been a hero and I love Rihanna because they are people who seem like they can't help but be authentic and genuinely enjoy who they are. And always I look to Winona Ryder for inspiration because she's just my goddess.
5. What would the title of a reality show about your life be? And, what would your Real Housewives tagline be?
Well I've always wanted a home decorating show where I just make every single person's house Winona Ryder themed and they're always like "what did you do to our house?!" And that would be called "Ryder Die." But a show just based on my life would probably be called "Let's See How This Goes." I've had so many ideas for Housewives taglines over the years, but today I'm feeling "it's not the size of the boat, it's who's on it."
